Pierre Hardy Wedges
I'm more than slightly obsessed with Pierre Hardy's wedge offerings this Spring/Summer.
These are SO cool! I of course love the pink and orange striped ones too. So girly and flirty! They remind me of old fashion candy. Yummy!
I think a big reason that I love them so much is the extreme height on these babies. That's how you make wedges sexy...

Flats are Shoes Too.
I know this is my life in heels and not my life in flats, but let's get real... certain occasions call for flats. Example? A birthday bbq!
I found these at Chloe and fell in love. They are my idea of a perfect Summer sandal. Soft buttery leather, the perfect shade of tobacco, and super comfortable too. The fact that they were 40% off was all the reason I needed to buy them, plus a similar pair in white.
I've really been into this cropped shirt thing and thought I'd give it a try. I had to pair it with these vintage high waisted shorts (culottes? haha) to make sure I didn't show too much belly. I'm not going for a '90s Britney Spears bare midriff thing.
I went shopping specifically to find some flats and knew I'd find something great on sale since all these crazy retailers have their Summer stuff on sale... EVEN THOUGH Summer has barely started. I will never understand that, but that's a whole different post.

Banksy likes my new shoes. He's checkin' um out.

I love this ring. I found it in Hong Kong and don't wear it nearly enough. Its coral enamel wrapped around to hold a coral shaped piece of glass.

Running Around
Lots of errands today! I just stole these shoes from our editorial closet at the office yesterday- New Harajuku Lovers mary janes! I don't think they're out yet but I'll let you know when they are. :)
Anyway- if you hadn't noticed a trend with my wardrobe lately, take a peek.
Am I becoming BORING and PREDICTABLE? Oh no! Look- I'm wearing like, the same outfit everyday? Weird. I'm obsessed with these skirts though. Thank you Brass Plum. Skirts and Summer. It just makes sense.
SIDE NOTE! These Harajuku Lovers flats are on sale at Heels.com! I love them and might actually BUY them because I never got them :( booo. They were featured in Teen Vogue and a bunch of other mags this season. YAY!

My Great Find
Lookie what I found on sale! Yay! I've always loved these Stella McCartney espadrille wedges, but when I saw them on final sale at Intermix I had to get them! They are so feminine and flirty. Perfect Summer shoes.

While I was in LA I got this tattoo too! Do you guys like it!?! It's a "Holy Cupcake".
:)
...gotcha! I'm totally kidding. I doodled that on my leg while I was sitting in the back seat of my friend's car on our way to LA. Did you believe me? I do love cupcakes though.

Newbie Loubies...
Ahhhh Louboutin boutique at South Coast Plaza. I love you.
Thanks to Patrick who sent me a ton of pics from their new shipments! These are my faves...
I LOVE this. It reminds me of ice cream. Sexy ice cream. hahaha I don't think I have any blue shoes, nor did I think I'd ever want a pair (navy does not count as blue IMO) but these are so tarty and cute!
And nobody does a sexy nude patent shoe like Mr. Louboutin. I love how low cut these are- what a sexy top line!! And the amount of toe cleavage should be illegal.
So go in there and check these out in person- I know I will :)

Good Deal for Spring!

I know my blog has been slow going in 09 so far, but it's not a sign of things to come, I promise. I'm just enjoying my time off from work- going out with my girl friends and getting into all kinds of trouble! haha
Anyway, a fellow blogger is selling their unworn Louboutins that are "a little too big" for their size 8 feet on ebay. I have them myself (I wore them for my engagement photos for our wedding magazine shoot) and LOVE them! They're super cute and high and perfect for warmer weather.
Here's the ebay link! Check them out- they're starting at only $100. My first pair of Louboutin's were a pair of his espadrilles. Just an FYI ;)
