I personally, thought the first one needed wait more features to make it a must have tech toy, but the new one might do the trick, a little to late tho, because other tablets already got ahead of the game like the Samsung Galaxy Tab with two cameras and flash viewer, The Dell half laptop half table, and many others. I will keep my Kindle for ebook reading.

2 In Court For Hacking iPad Accounts

Leominster and Fitchburg MA Business News. - In January 2011 two males who police say were competing to impress their hacker friends were arrested on federal charges for stealing e-mail addresses of more than 100,000 Apple iPad owners.

U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said there was no proof Daniel Spitler, 26, and Andrew Auenheimer, 25, used the information for criminal purposes. "I maintain my innocence, and I'm not worried about this case at all,"
Spitler said.

At Auernheimer's court appearance, he mocked the case against him, telling the federal authorities, "This is a great affidavit - fantastic reading."
