Pagan Wanderer Lu is Andy Regan (born in Bolton) a one-man 'Indietronica' band originally formed in Aberystwyth but now based in Cardiff.

As Pagan Wanderer Lu Andy, who also passes his time playing bass in Silence At Sea, has self released countless albums and EPs of world weary, witty ditties. He is a uniquely British, razor sharp commentator on the foibles and irritations of British life. Part of a tradition that stretches back as far as the wandering minstrels of medieval times through to the more recent likes of performance poet John Cooper Clarke, socialist rock agitator Billy Bragg, absurdist commentariats like Half Man Half Biscuit, and the witty observational pop of Jarvis Cocker.
