With a name taken from a track by obscure 60s baroque popsters The Free Design it comes as no surprise that the Proper Ornaments sound like they've just emerged in a druggy haze from a beaten up time machine. They may not thank me for this but they sound like the product of an illicit late night drunken fumble between The Dandy Warhols and Blur with the fi button set to lo. They sound like a couple of laid back surfer dudes who have decided to dedicate their lives to putting the lo in mellow.These ornaments are proper tasty.
