San Fran trio Burnt Ones have got a track called 'Gonna Listen To T Rex (All Night Long)' and this is a band that do exactly what they say on the tin. They've clearly had T Rex Great Hits playing non stop on their iTunes for much longer than just one night. They take that early 70s sleazy, fuzzy, tinny Bolanesque glam sound and inject it with a needle full of JAMC style distortion to create a sound so cool it could give you hypothermia.

The latest Burnt offerings is the recently released debut album 'Black Teeth & Golden Tongues' on Roaring Colonel Records the label set up by one of the Devil's favourite sources of musical excellence My Old Kentucky Blog. It's well worth a few of your well earned greenbacks.
